Civil Work Activities Started – Mora Airport ILS/DME and AGL Turnkey Project
AviNeering was awarded the turnkey contract in January 2025 for a new ILS, DME, and LED AGL system at Mora–Siljan Airport. Civil works are now underway, including full infrastructure upgrades and training.

AviNeering has successfully supported ASECNA and Indra in replacing ILS/DME systems at 17 airports across 12 African countries. The project, completed in under 24 months, included the production and delivery of shelters, logistics, installation, training, and commissioning—enhancing air navigation safety across the region.

AviNeering Completes Delivery and Installation of its 31st DVOR Counterpoise
AviNeering has successfully delivered and installed its 31st DVOR Counterpoise, with the most recent installation taking place at Red Sea International Airport in Saudi Arabia.
The AviNeering Standard DVOR Counterpoise is designed to reflect electromagnetic waves from CVOR and DVOR antennas, serving both short-range and long-range radio navigation. It offers simplified installation, efficient cable management, clean cable routing, robust construction, and VORTAC compatible.

Replacing Instrument Landing System (ILS) at some of the busiest and complex airports in the world is a complex task. Not only is it essential to ensure the safety of passengers and airplanes, but also the project needs to be completed in the shortest time possible to minimize system downtime.
AviNeering took on the challenge of replacing two NORMARC 32-element systems and Glide Paths at Dubai International Airport (DXB), and the project was completed in just over one month .
